Veronika
Dash has recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from the prestigious University
of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre. Upon graduation,
she has become bicoastal traveling between New York City and Los Angeles
to work on upcoming projects, pilots and films. Veronika
Dash was born on October 28th in Kiev, Ukraine and is bilingual speaking
English & Russian fluently. She grew up in New York and revealed her
love for performing at a young age. She was victorious in numerous storytelling
contests, participated in all her school productions, and was a part of
the Drama Club since the second grade.
Her spark for theatre was ignited after she landed her first big lead
in the school production of The King and I where she played a British
schoolteacher named Anna. She majored in performing arts and learned the
necessary skills in acting, music and dance to become a triple threat.
Despite the rigorous schedule of her specialized high school, Veronika
participated in weekly workshops for an entire year to prepare her for
an International Talent competition. Not only did she win Junior Actor
of the year but, she also got called back by many agents and managers
in New York and LA.
Veronika
signed with Seth Greenky at age 16 and knew he would guide her to success.
She has landed a co-star role in the feature film “Cadillac Records”
and signed with an agent, Carry Company, in Los Angeles.
Veronika
attended weekly classes at Total Theatre Lab, began private coaching with
Caroline Thomas and mastered the on-camera technique from the Master Class
at Penny Templeton studios. Shortly after, Veronika was accepted to the
USC School of Theatre in Los Angeles to further her pursuit and love for
acting.
Veronika
always held education with high esteem and uses her love for learning
when working on character development for various roles. She has been
always been a straight A student receiving awards for Academic excellence
and recognition for creative writing. Her love and talent for writing
is visible through her several awards including Editors Choice Award-International
Library of Poets, Staten Island Tech Essay Scholarship Award, Pace University
Journalism award, the David A. Bickimer Academy of American Poets Prize
and Excellence in Research Awards for her essay “Women in Modern
Theatre: An Ethnodrama.” |

Veronika
has all the qualities necessary to succeed in the entertainment industry;
She lights up any room she walks into with her smile, has an infectious
love for life and an optimistic outlook that will brighten anyone’s
day. Dash has a passion that translates in the purest form on screen
and is truly captivating to watch. Her bombshell appearance doesn’t
overshadow her ability to transform into a role; Her versatility as
an actress is a chameleon-like quality Hollywood must look out for.
Aside from loving film, theatre, art, and literature, she values spending
time with family and friends. Her favorite quote is by the 18th century
French philosopher Denis Diderot said, “Only passions, great passions
can elevate the soul to great things.”
She dreams
of one day winning an Oscar for Best actress in a lead role. She is
already working on her acceptance speech.
